Although it i studied oenology out of home, i feel vallisoletana through and though. maybe that, is for this reason that i know that every place is unique, and you have to know finding and appreciating those particularities. In Astobiza i found a grape and an environment completely different to what i know it.

And although it is not Valladolid, in this vineyard i feel totally in my house.
