Javier García and Carlos Sánchez have a wide ranging experience working for different projects in Gredos, Castilla La Mancha and Rioja.

Their philosophy as technical directors of Finca Élez is based on obtaining the maximum expression of  this estate’s “terroir”, in terms of its singular microclimate as well as its poor calcareous soils located at more than 1000 meters above sea level.

The journey from the moment the grapes are picked in the vineyard until the uncorking of a bottle in its maximum splendor, is the magical path that excites and motivates them daily to achieve a common goal: a great estate wine.
