Situated in a unique site, within the Montes de Toledo and close to Cabañeros Nacional Park, Dehesa del Carrizal elaborates wines in its own Protected Designation of Origin. An exceptional place where outstanding wines are made thanks to its remarkable soil and climate, and its meticulous winemaking, the entire process takes place in the estate, starting from the vine until reaching full roundness. To this they add the respect for the land and nature, and their commitment to a responsible, sustainable oenology. A slow ripening, a special climate, an artisan elaboration ...
