Founder and soul of the Alta Alella winery, Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets has dedicated his entire life to the wine industry. An agro-engineer and winemaker, he was technical director at renowned wineries such as Marqués de Monistrol and Parxet, wine consultant at various wineries, and professor of oenology at the Rovira y Virgili University (Tarragona). With an unwavering passion for wine and cava, Josep Maria represents experience, technical rigor and avant-gardism, driven by his intuition, curiosity and constant search for improvement.
