Oenologist and Agricultural Technical Engineer specializing in the Food Industry.

Working at José Estévez since 2005, she became Assistant Technical Director in 2014 and assumed the role of Technical Director of the company in 2020.

In 2021, she assumed the role of Technical and Production Director at José Estévez, managing 65 people.

She studied at the Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona and later at the University of Cádiz (UCA).
